About Kai Simmonds:

Kai was born and raised in Hawaii, but has spent the last 7 years living in Dubai. She is a Soul Purpose and Wellbeing Coach and Co-Founder of The Self Love Tribe, a Dubai-based community focused on self love, wellness events and workshops.

Kai empowers women to overcome anxiety, stress and burnout and live a life aligned to their soul purpose. Her mission is to help ambitious souls overcome burnout and live their dream life aligned to their soul purpose. She is a Certified Soul Purpose Coach, Yoga Teacher and Sound Healer and uses her knowledge from these various schools of knowledge to support her clients.
